About Neiheisel Plumbing

Founded in September 1975 by Jerry Neiheisel, Neiheisel Plumbing has grown from a family operation in a home garage to one of Northern Kentucky’s most trusted plumbing experts. What began with Jerry, his wife Jeannie, and soon after, his brother Steve, quickly became a local staple through their commitment to craftsmanship and reliable service.

As our company expanded, so did our roots in the community. In 1988, we acquired our first official shop—a modest gas station in Latonia, KY. For the first time in over a decade, Jerry could finally reclaim his home garage! In 1994, we became Neiheisel Plumbing Inc., a reflection of our growing reputation and team.

Continued growth saw us expanding our facility by 2,700 square feet in 2002—ensuring more space for our skilled team, modern equipment, and improved service to our clients. In 2003, our operations moved fully to Latonia. By 2013, we moved once more to a larger office and shop in Erlanger, KY, more than doubling our workspace to better serve our customers.

Ownership of Neiheisel Plumbing is now entrusted to David and Teri Tretter, who continue Jerry’s legacy of friendly, knowledgeable, and committed service. Decades later, our values remain unchanged: every customer receives the same dedicated, expert care that built our business from day one.
